𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐮𝐱𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 — 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐄𝐇𝐌𝐀 𝐀𝐆𝐌 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

From 13 to 15 March 2026, together with Terry, I had the pleasure of attending the 𝟓𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐄𝐇𝐌𝐀) 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧, centred around the theme:
“Transforming Hotel Hospitality for a Thriving Future.”
As long-standing partners through Ingenia Direct - Strategic Communication in the Digital Age, it was an honour to support this remarkable gathering and contribute to its continued growth and impact across Europe.
My sincere thanks to President Panos Almyrantis, who highlighted 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭’s role in supporting the Association through digital strategy, social media and press office activities, and to Duncan Palmer for expertly chairing the organising committee.
During the business session at The Dorchester, I had the privilege of presenting:

Thrilled to have had the pleasure of attending the Wellness Hospitality Conference in Milan on November 22! 🇮🇹✨
It was an enlightening experience, especially delving into the operational management of spas and the 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆.
Communication is the heartbeat of any successful spa operation, fostering connections with guests and enhancing the overall wellness experience.
The conference offered valuable insights into the latest trends, strategies, and technologies shaping the communication landscape in the spa industry.
A special shoutout to my fellow panelists, Antonello Del Regno, Sven Huckenbeck, Mark Smith and last but not the least to Raffaella Dallarda who moderates the speech and Mauro Santinato for organising this memorable event! 🙌
It was a pleasure sharing the stage with such knowledgeable professionals, and the exchange of ideas was truly inspiring. The diverse perspectives brought to the table only reinforced the importance of collaboration in driving innovation in spa management.

Lo scorso 28 settembre ho partecipato come relatore al 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 a Milano parlando di come l’immagine abbia sempre avuto un’importanza fondamentale nella comunicazione del lusso di ieri e di oggi, e di come dobbiamo riuscire a far arrivare, all’ospite più esigente il nostro DNA, l’essenza.

Un grande successo che ha visto oltre 700 iscritti e la collaborazione di 50 aziende partner e 10 media partner.
