The struggle of being a hybrid shooter!

I love both photography and filmmaking, but switching between the two while travelling isn’t always easy! 😅

Sometimes I’m too busy filming and forget to take photos, or the other way around. I keep thinking I should focus on one, but I enjoy both too much to choose!

Any fellow hybrid shooters who can relate?

Bet you didn’t expect this to be the Czech Republic! 🇨🇿🍂

Prague is beautiful in autumn, but don’t miss Bohemian Switzerland, just 2 hours away. The forest trails, sandstone cliffs and gorges are definitely worth exploring.

Nothing really prepares you for how enormous these trees are. 🌲

Walking through Sequoia National Park in California was one of those experiences where I kept stopping every few minutes just to look up.

Some of these giant sequoias have been standing here for thousands of years, and somehow the photos still don’t capture their true scale.

The Faroe Islands had been on my travel list for years, and finally getting to explore them was worth the wait! 🇫🇴

We spent six days travelling around in a campervan, discovering tiny villages, dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, and weather that changed every few minutes.

If you’re planning a trip, I’d recommend 5–7 days to explore without rushing. Also, check tunnel tolls and ferry schedules in advance!

📍 My favourite spots: Múlafossur, Saksun, Gjógv, Kalsoy, Trælanípa and Viðareiði.

Not quite what you’d expect to find in Oman, right? 🇴🇲

These are the salt pans of Quriyat, where the landscape turns into a patchwork of colours, shapes, and patterns that look almost unreal from above.

It’s fascinating how different Oman looks once you get beyond the landscapes it’s usually known for. From mountains and deserts to places like this, the country is full of surprises.

Germany in autumn really caught me by surprise. 🍂

A road trip through Bavaria, with golden forests, turquoise lakes, fairytale castles, and snow already covering the mountain peaks.

What I loved most was how quickly the scenery changed. One minute we’d be driving through misty forests, and the next we’d have these incredible mountain views.

And the best part? Most of these places are around Füssen and the Bavarian Alps, making it a perfect region for a road trip.
