You guys! I just learned that the photos I shot for a restaurant in Luino, Italy, are featured on a billboard for that same restaurant. You see the billboard right as you are entering the city limits. So.... yay! Can't help but feel proud and happy. (Grazie mille, Roby e Michele!)

I wanted to post a quick note to thank those who have contacted me recently to inquire about booking a photo session or event. I'm currently working on a series of photo shoots in Italy (and will start posting soon, I promise!), but will be back working in Mississippi and Louisiana as of January 15th. If you are interested in booking a session or event for January or February (or for any time after Jan. 15th), please don't hesitate to contact me in the meantime!

YOU GUYS! I'm a wee step closer to having an actual web site (FINALLY! And a web site including my SoCal peeps who aren't yet on my FB page, at that!) I've yet to write anything that would convince you that you really DO want to "work with me"-- (if you can live with "Lorem Ipsum" for the moment, we're cool); and I still haven't figured out how to create sub-categories for the portfolio section, but hey... one step at a time. YAY for small steps? (YAY for small steps!)

BTW, you can sit through the eternal (BUT FUN!) slideshow on the home page, or just go to the "portfolio" link for a similar collection of mixed-goodies, all in one sitting (for the moment). You might see a familiar face or two here that brings back a smile or gives you a new one.

*Dear SoCal folk: I can't begin to say how much I miss you all, especially when I look back through all of your silly, beautiful, brilliant, smiling faces. I'll have your pics here on my FB photography page soon too, I promise.

I'm starting to think that every single person I shoot is JUST THAT AMAZING. Because I have yet to do a shoot with anyone who doesn't own the camera. Seriously, I love my job.

Recently I had the opportunity to spend two and a half months in Italy-- one of the most scenic countries in the world with some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Now that I'm back in the States and have a working computer, I'm finally starting to catch up on my photo editing and posting. Much more is on its way! :)
