Note to self:

Parenting isn’t just about what you say — it’s what you do, how you love, how you react, how you live.

Your children are watching. Not in a scary way — in a sacred way.
• When you speak gently in moments of frustration, they learn self-control.
• When you apologize after a mistake, they learn humility and growth.
• When you laugh loudly, dance freely, or cry honestly, they learn it’s okay to be fully human.
• When you hug them tightly, even when you’re tired, they learn love is action.

They don’t need perfection — they need presence.
They don’t need expensive things — they need kindness, safety, and a parent who tries.

You are their first teacher of love, resilience, and respect.
And in time, they’ll mirror it.

So when you’re hard on yourself, remember this:
Every gentle word you give them, every time you choose patience,
you’re planting something powerful.

One day, you’ll see them give it back — to the world, and maybe even to their own children.

2025 is just sooo painful, I thought I cried enough last January , I never expected May would be way harder to accept. But it taught me to continue and appreciate life.
