"The Ibis"

"Autumn"

In Autumn fallow deers are in the mating season and the males have their antlers grown completely. The woods are showing Orange and Brown colors side by side with the green plants still resisting.
I saw this male in the middle of the woods. He looked at me just for few moments. I had the time for few shots and then he ran away.

"The Orange Spot"

I was trying to do a photo of a kingfsher from a long time but i was never been able to photograph them (there are not so many in my area and also the location are not optimal). For the first time I can say i photographed it. This beatiful kingfisher was a little too far and never approached more than this.
I would have preferred a closer shot but the emotion that gave me taking this picture is equally important than the quality of the picture.

"The young bear"

This summer I had the chance to go to Slovenia to watch bears. Unfortunately I had some issues with my camera so I've not been able to take the best out of that occasion (lesson learned: bring a backup camera). Anyway It was a great experience to watch this young bear in the wild.
I can't wait to go back there. Have you ever seen a bear?

"The King"

It's an incredible experience to witness the rut season. The males fight for their territory and the right to mate with the females. They call their rivals to challenge them.
This male was calling his opponents right before sunset and under the rain. Have you ever experienced this?

"Out of season"

Despite It was wintertime on the mountains, when I took this photo you can see that the colours are autumnish. When we talk about climate change we don't immediately think that It can change the routine of the animals and it can lower the chances of survival of many, if not all, species.

"Golden light"

The deer was drinking from the lake while the sun was rising behind the mountains creating a beatiful golden light around him.
A beautiful scene surrounded by silence giving a sense of peace.
