By selecting a warm hue, the textured surfaces of the rocks gained exceptional warmth, while the magnetic barndoors allowed for surgical light control without spill. Positioning the compact light on a small tripod using its battery grip created a strong background separation, which was then shifted to the side to introduce a crisp edge light.
