A family photoshoot across multiple locations in Rome, and a story I truly love 🤍
This session was meant to begin at the Trevi Fountain and then continue to the Spanish Steps as the second location. But that morning, Trevi was even more closed than usual. Because of a football match, access to the water of the fountain was blocked, and the only option was to take a few photos from above, standing behind metal barriers.
As a photographer, that simply wasn’t enough for the experience and the atmosphere I wanted to give my clients. So I suggested a change of plan. After Trevi, we walked toward the Pantheon and only later returned to the Spanish Steps.
On the way, I invited the family to stop at a hidden spot with absolutely mesmerizing light. That moment changed everything. We created stunning family portraits there. The children relaxed, laughed, played, and I captured them exactly as they are, real, joyful, alive.
Then came the Pantheon, and of course the Spanish Steps.
By the end, both my clients and I were genuinely happy. We didn’t just get beautiful images. We created a calm, thoughtful Roman experience, explored several iconic locations, and enjoyed a meaningful walk together.
Great photos are not about perfect conditions.
For me, they are about adapting, taking initiative, and always looking for the best solution for the final result and for you.
