Wer kennts nicht, das Kolosseum von Rom 😍
Pflichtprogramm, wenn man in der Nähe ist. Die Architektur ist echt sehenswert.

Das Viktor-Emanuelsdenkmal, original Monumento nazionale a Vittorio Emanuele II, das mitten in Rom steht, und noch nicht einmal einhundert Jahre alt ist. In diesem kleinen Ausschnitt zu sehen sind zwei Wachen, die die imposante Treppe zum Denkmal hinauf bewachen.

Looking at Rome and the people of Rome. 🇮🇹

Heute im Bild ein Blick auf Rom und deren Bewohner. Eine Stadt die niemals still steht. In dunklen Gassen geht es in Richtung Licht, dass von riesigen Marmorblöcken reflektiert wird. Auf dem Marmor zu sehen ist die Zahl 1513, eine Hommage an den in diesem Jahr verstorbenen Papst Julius II.
Der Mann, der kurz nach links blickt, die drei Einheimischen, und das antike Rom im Hintergrund machen dieses Foto für mich einmalig.

Was ein geiler Moment! Ein Bild das drei Elemente perfekt vereint:
- ein Pärchen todesmutig am Abgrund, auf knapp 1.800 Meter Höhe!
- ein wunderschöner blauer Atlantik, hinter der großartigen Landschaft Gran Canarias!
- den Tide, 100 Kilometer entfernt, und doch so nah und anfassbar!
