The amount of times I’ve heard “I prefer to book trips with my AMEX points” 😅

As an AMEX platinum and Chase Sapphire card member myself, I get the temptation to use points for travel… BUT what if I told you you’re not using your points to its fullest potential. 🤔

Especially in today’s environment with flight prices are skyrocketing, it’s in your best interest to use those credit card points to book airfare rather than hotels. This is because miles aren’t increasing as rapidly as plane ticket prices are. 🤑

Take it from me, an expat living in Europe who has never had to pay $4,000 as a family of four to fly back to the States when visiting family 💁🏻‍♀️
