Evening view of Bedruthan Steps. I enjoyed visiting some spots in Cornwall earlier this month that I hadn’t been to for many a year, and certainly for the first time with a camera. Unfortunately I was just a week or two early to catch the Spring foliage, which would have brought more colour to the foreground, but it was a glorious sunset nonetheless and a tranquil couple hours watching the waves crash against the stunning rock formation. This shot was taken just as the golden light of the fading sun shined upon the cliffs, and gave a little colour to the clouds - a beautiful moment in time!

St Michael’s Mount. I arrived just too late to capture this popular composition with a fully revealed path to the island, but I liked the contrast in the sky formed by some stormy clouds and the setting sun.

A view of Brescia Centro as night falls. I’ve tried a couple times to get this shot, but it’s been tricky to produce something clear with the amount of haze that has been lingering in the air! Maybe one to revisit when the freshness of Spring arrives.
