On 31 August, submissions officially closed for Overshoot, the first international open photography call by DOTLOGIC Societร  Cooperativa Impresa Sociale โ€“ Impresa Culturale e Creativa, dedicated to the urgent and ever-changing relationship between photography and climate change.

The response has been truly remarkable! ๐Ÿคฉ

๐ŸŒ Photographs arrived from all over the world, offering a diverse and powerful look at how climate change is transforming places, landscapes, communities and the lives of those who inhabit them. ๐Ÿ“ท

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and shared their vision with us. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿงก
Your photographs, perspectives and stories made this open call possible and gave us an extraordinary collection of images to discover.

Now, the selection process begins!

The selected photographs will be exhibited at Magazzino 26 in Trieste from 23 October to 8 November 2026, as part of Trieste Photo Days 2026, in the same spaces hosting exhibitions by Mark Power and Christopher Morris.

Selected photographers will also receive:

Dietro le quinte del Progetto "Cultura in Cantiere" con Nicolas Brunetti ed Edil Impianti Trieste srl Societร  Benefit

Il protagonista del progetto ideato da Exhibit Around APS in collaborazione con Edilimpianti Trieste S.r.l. Societร  Benefit, รจ il giovane fotografo Nicolas Brunetti, vincitore del Patricia D. Richards Legacy Award 2025.

Brunetti ha lavorato a stretto contatto con lโ€™azienda, immergendosi nella quotidianitร  del cantiere per osservare e raccontare, attraverso la fotografia, le persone, i materiali e i processi che ne animano il lavoro.

Il nostro Team ha documentato il suo lavoro passando una giornata al suo fianco mentre immortalava spazi, persone ed emozioni.

Il lavoro definitivo verrร  esposto nell'ambito del Trieste Photo Days 2026 all'Angolo di Rocco.

Progetto ideato da Exhibit Around APS in collaborazione con Edil Impianti Trieste srl Societร  Benefit, il cantiere si trasforma in uno spazio di produzione culturale, ricerca e fotografia contemporanea.

Protagonista del progetto รจ il giovane fotografo Nicolas Brunetti, vincitore del Patricia D. Richards Legacy Award 2025, che ha lavorato a stretto contatto con lโ€™azienda, immergendosi nella quotidianitร  del cantiere per osservare e raccontare, attraverso la fotografia, le persone, i materiali e i processi che ne animano il lavoro.

Lo abbiamo seguito durante una sua giornata allโ€™interno del cantiere, documentando il suo modo di muoversi e fotografare questo ambiente, ma soprattutto il suo sguardo: il modo in cui vede il cantiere, interpreta ciรฒ che accade al suo interno e restituisce, attraverso le immagini, la presenza e il lavoro delle persone che lo vivono ogni giorno.

A raccontare il progetto, il suo percorso e il valore dell'iniziativa saranno: Andrea Borgobello - Project Manager, Erika Pauluzzi - Responsabile dellโ€™Ufficio Tecnico ed Elisa Settimo - Responsabile Sociale dโ€™Impresa di Edilimpianti.

Il risultato finale sarร  una narrazione visiva contemporanea del mondo dellโ€™edilizia, capace di andare oltre la semplice documentazione per restituire il cantiere come luogo umano, dinamico e in continua trasformazione.

Il progetto troverร  spazio nellโ€™ambito del Trieste Photo Days 2026, con un evento inaugurale e una mostra presso Lโ€™Angolo di Rocco. โœจ

Le immagini entreranno cosรฌ in relazione con il luogo stesso in cui sono nate, creando unโ€™esperienza in cui produzione, lavoro e cultura si incontrano.

Artist Spotlight with Olga Vinogradova ๐Ÿ“ธ

A graduate of Novosibirsk State University, where she earned a PhD in Chemistry, Olga Vinogradova turned to photography in 2016.
The camera became for her a tool of inward inquiry: identity, belonging, memory, the bond between a person and the places they inhabit.
Since moving to Belgrade in 2023, these questions have taken on new urgency and new perspectives.

Through self-portraiture and the observation of everyday life, her work focuses on what usually goes unnoticed: inner states, traces of emotion, moments of self-recognition, caught through light, atmosphere and detail.

Olga Vinogradova tells us how Echoes of Nature came to life: a project on the connection between the human being and the natural world, entered in the 2025 call The Canticle of the Creatures. โœจ
