There is something magical about photographing Torcello with a storm approaching. The darkening sky, the dramatic clouds and the soft light falling across the lagoon transform the ancient island into a quiet, almost timeless landscape. For a landscape photographer, these fleeting moments of light and atmosphere are impossible to resist.

La maggior parte delle persone evita il brutto tempo forse perché hanno paura….ma io ne sono attratta. Rimango, osservo e aspetto, scattando foto finché la tempesta non si esaurisce. C’è un detto che dice che non esiste davvero il cattivo tempo, ma solo condizioni diverse, ed è proprio in questi momenti che mi ritrovo a vagare tra canali e piazze, catturando la bellezza in continua evoluzione della nostra città madre, Venezia.

The change has started....
All it takes is a little time immersed in the forest to rediscover a sense of peace in an increasingly chaotic world. Among the whisper of leaves, the scent of the earth, and the gentle rhythm of nature, the mind begins to quieten, worries fade into the background, and clarity slowly returns. Sometimes the greatest remedy isn't to escape life, but simply to reconnect with the natural world.
