Coca Cola Bites and Beats Festival 🥤w/ Phase 3 prod
As the TD for this year’s festival, our original plan was a live “Kiss Cam style” cut showing guests enjoying Coca Cola and the vibes in real time. After a team strategy session, our producer Alethea Forgie suggested a shift to maximize shots and client value
Workflow Breakdown:
• Cameras: Recorded directly in camera.
• Playback: Media fed into a HyperDeck for instant replay into the Blackmagic ATEM Television Studio HD8.
• Offload & Edit: Additional camera feeds offloaded to a laptop, imported into vMix for quick edits & cleanup.
• Final Playout: Edited clips routed back into the switcher for on screen playback across the festival grounds.
This hybrid approach gave us broadcast level quality while keeping the festival energy alive. In the end, we delivered exactly what we envisioned immersive visuals, happy faces and the Coca Cola vibe center stage.
