Who do you think has the best jerk chicken?

Had the honour of learning the ways of traditional jerk chicken, one of the first if not the first jerk spot opened in Portland. 1980, still to this day they are using the same technique! I love chicken, I love Jamaica & all these blessings.

DAY 26/100 days riding a bicycle around Jamaica,

Went to the blue lagoon. It was gorgeous, inspiring, humbling & terrifying. 65 metres deep, not a single clue what’s down there & I don’t want to find out.

None the less great experience and am very grateful to be trying new things and getting out of my comfort zone. Bless up yuhself 🇯🇲🇦🇺

What a great day, Winifred beach was a real treat, very grateful to have experienced it. (I went there once for about half an hour without realising it was the same beach)
None the less didn’t make it any less incredible,

Made my way to Boston, the place of jerk chicken and beauty!!! I love Jamaica and I love exploring. Looking forward to getting out and about.

I feel Incredibly grateful for the experiences I am experiencing & the lessons I am learning, feels good to be on the road. Challenging myself & getting out of my comfort zone.

Day 21/100 riding my bicycle around Jamaica.

We are back in the tent for the next few days.
Saying goodbye to mummy (Miss Bev) and daddy. Such a nice relaxing feeling days getting comfortable with this incredible parish. Been in Portland 3 days and already trying to find ways I can stay a little longer. Grateful for the blessings and all these incredible experiences.

Quiet days are sometimes the best days. Roasted some breadfruit, got some sunshine & ate some of natures finest star fruit.

3 things for ve taken from today.
- I’ll never beat a Jamaican in running
- ATMS are a challenging
- Miss Bev is one of the greatest cooks/people
