Week 3 of the 90-Day Transformation Challenge has been a solid one. The routines are starting to feel more natural, the energy is building, and progress is showing. Each workout feels a little stronger, and healthy choices are becoming habits. This week was about staying consistent, staying motivated, and celebrating small wins that add up. One step closer to the goal!

Day 1. No filters, no hype — just the beginning.
I’ve been out of shape for a while, and I’m done making excuses. This is the start of my 90-day transformation. I don’t know exactly how it’s going to go, but I know one thing: I’m showing up.

This video is raw. Just me, where I’m at right now — physically and mentally.
I’m documenting everything, the highs and lows, to keep myself accountable and maybe inspire someone else who’s starting from zero too.
