I won’t lie, when I heard we were getting stationed in Yuma, I was not happy. Going from our small, lush green farm town in Japan to the desert sounded like a nightmare. But after living here for a few months, I’ve discovered so much beauty beyond what I initially saw and imagined. The sunsets, the open skies, and yes, the unique desert vibes have a charm I never expected. 🌵☀️
