I was able to get the pleasure of shooting the Hunt family that is down for whatever, and whenever. Even during the cold, and I mean cold winter winds that Misawa brings. They still toughed it out.

MIKE DUENASMOTIONZ EXPOZED

Once again the Crossfit Misawa Team arranged another Throwdown for 2013. Amongst them all were just a few of Misawa's strong hearted, determined and highly competitive athletes. Here are the pictures of them all hard at work on a cold snowy morning. I applaud and want to Congratulate everyone that participated.

Here is a sneak peek of Nicole and Diego's photo shoot that I was able to get this past weekend. These two are an awesome couple. They always make it fun to shoot, even after a 2 hour drive to see some wild horses that we had to hike and chase down to see. Once we got to where the horses were, we bribed the horses with carrots and apples so that they would come closer. Nicole, brave as she is, jumped over a muddy ditch to get closer. A horse finally came and she hand fed the horse till she felt her life was in danger. We tried to divert the horse our way with the remainder of the carrots and apples so that she can make her getaway. Fun times as always.

Crossfit Misawa members test themselves with a base wide triathlon that consisted of 400 meters swim, 13k bike ride and a 5k run. Great job to all the participants.
