MK Federation Inauguration Rally Set for Stoni Athi

The MK Federation Inauguration Rally, the opening round of the Kenya National Rally Championship hosted by 254 Motorsports Club, is set to take place on 31st July – 1st August at Stoni Athi.

The event will be led by an experienced organising team comprising:

* Event Director: Muqsit Hussain
* Clerk of the Course: P**i Renu
* Deputy Clerk of the Course: George Njoroge
* Assistant Clerk of Course : Alfir Khan
* Event Secretary: Milan Kantai
*CRO: Ria Gohil & Sayka
* Chief Scrutineer: Musa Locho
* Chief Timekeeper/Results: Harry Sagoo
* Media: Sam Ateka
* Chief Safety & Rescue: Mikey Dias
* Chief Security: Joel Muchiri

Competitors will tackle seven special stages, with three stages repeated and one power stage, covering a total rally distance of 158.91km, of which 139.70km will be competitive.

The entry list currently stands at 20 competitors, with more entries expected before the close of entries next week.

Reconnaissance (recce) will take place on Friday, 31st July, before the rally gets underway on Saturday, 1st August, where crews will battle for the first championship points of the season.

With preparations well underway, Stoni Athi is set to host an exciting start to the Kenya National Rally Championship.
