"For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive." 1Cor.15:22
Adam was a created being without sin, he was righteous and pure, not until he listened to Satan and transgressed, and by that act all became sinners and dead in his death.
The scripture told us plainly in. Romans 5:12 That as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
All in Adam are condemned to eternal damnation already. Rom 3:23. There was no hope for mankind and man could not help or save himself, man was in total despair until Jesus came. THE SAVIOR.
This is the absolute truth we preach when dealing with the total depravity of mankind. He, (mankind) is dead to the Spirit of God. Yes, because that spirit was taken from him right from the beginning when he defiled himself, man was dead without the spirit until Jesus came. THE RESTORER.
That spirit that left man, we could see and notice the total depravity of man when we preach the Gospel, how man rebel and ignore, yes, if not true. Witness the world around you and see how many deny the truth of scripture.
They are in a state of unbelief, they are natural men, and the natural man receive not the things of the spirit, they are foolishness to him , neither can he know them because they spiritually discerned.
Don't get tired beloved, continue to read further,
Pertaining Salvation. To look to the God of creation for eternal life one must look first to the Cross of Jesus Christ. In him, Christ is what the scripture teaches and center on in other for all to see.
One has to be taken out of darkness, That's position of man in Adam, and placed into the position of light, the life in Christ Jesus. This very aspect is Impossible for man to do as it is only possible by the supernatural power of God. Eph.2:5 "Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ (by grace are ye saved:)
The sovereignty of God and the doctrines of grace is the only truth I know to preach. One is either in darkness or in light. One Cannot be in both. The issue with the word of God is one is either dead in Adam or alive in Christ.
The God of creation is the one that decided these to be the truth of his word. Not you and me, but God and him alone. That is why we urge men to consider the cross and see if the Bible teaches this truth.
God has equipped the church, the body of Christ with men that are of the truth. There cannot be anything more impossible than for a man to save himself. That is not God's plan and works for salvation. This denies the teaching of God's grace in his only begotten Son Jesus Christ.
My favorite proof text for this is John 14:20 "At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you." IN!!! IN!!! IN!!! How much clearer can it be that Christ is risen than the witness of the Holy Spirit indwelling.
All in Christ will know the truth of the Cross. No one comes to the Father except in and through Christ. The truth is at the Cross, and that is the the Gospel that brought Salvation to Man.
Only in Christ made alive, so of then in Christ we are one with Him, justified and Righteous.
