Happy World Lion Day!
One of the Big 5, one of the big cats, and one of the most spectacular species! The “King of the Jungle” as they say…we believe they are an incomparable species, each with a unique and beautiful personality. We have been lucky enough to see these lions on many events, and we can say with certainty, the wild would not be the same without them!

31st July - a day dedicated to the wildlife warriors, the rangers of the world.

On this day we commemorate each and every ranger; who put their lives on the line every single day, and to the fallen whom were killed, and to the injured; we celebrate their dedication to our wildlife; the animals, flora, and fauna. The work of a ranger is definitely not a simple “walk in the park” (pun not intended), for protection of our wildlife is so fragile; every day as a ranger, is saving and protecting the lives of the voiceless every minute of every day. This is a job that holds utmost respect and gratitude in the eyes and hearts of those of us who strongly believe in the preservation of our already decreasing wildlife, land, and Earth. Hats off, and thank you from the depths of our hearts, Rangers of the World!

Oxpecker, “and you won’t believe what Spots the Impala, told Stripes the Giraffe; who even told Scales the Egyptian Goose, who told Horns the Crocodile….who then told me!!!!
