This morning, I woke up as Hawa.

The sun slipped gently through my window, and for a moment, I held my breath, knowing that by sunset, my heart would carry a new name. As hands carefully pinned my veil and the mirror reflected a woman wrapped in grace, I saw more than beauty—I saw every prayer, every mile, and every dream that had brought me here.

From Tanzania, I carried my love across borders. Not in suitcases, but in hope. And today, that journey led me to him.

With every step down the church aisle, my heart beat louder than the music. There he stood—Crossley, my forever. The man who turned distance into devotion and waiting into a love story worth telling.

Then came the words that changed everything.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife."
