PUBLIC NOTICE – MISSING PERSON
Dear All,
This is to notify the general public that a person by the name of Atem Mayen Kuir, a tall, dark-skinned man aged 30 years, left his home in Shirkat yesterday at approximately 12:00 PM.
He was last seen in the Joberona area, west of Medan Simba near Nyakuron Cemetery, Block 2, where he was reportedly apprehended by the police. However, he later escaped at around 3:00 PM and his whereabouts remain unknown up to this moment.
Please note that Atem’s health condition is unstable, as he is mentally disturbed and may require urgent assistance and care.
