There are some clients you don’t forget… and is one of them.
From the very beginning, she knew exactly what she wanted. The vision, the feeling, the photographer. Me. And even when our schedules didn’t align at first, she didn’t settle. She waited and we made it work.
And I respect that deeply. Because I love a woman who knows herself. A woman who knows what she wants, how she wants it, and doesn’t compromise on her moment.
Maternity photography; It’s more than just photos. It’s capturing a woman in one of the most vulnerable, powerful, life-changing seasons she’ll ever experience. Not every woman is blessed with this opportunity, so when I’m trusted with it, I don’t take it lightly.
My maternity clients get a different side of me;
The nurturing side, the soft, protective, sisterhood energy. Because I understand, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
I’ve been doing maternity photography for about 4 years, but stepping into motherhood again myself after eight years just recently, it changed everything for me. It gave me a deeper appreciation for life, for this journey, and for every woman who allows me to capture it.
And then there’s her, from being a wife, to now stepping into motherhood. Carrying her daughter, her love, her purpose, and doing it with so much grace and intention. She came in with a vision, and she embodied it effortlessly:
This is what becoming looks like.
This is what strength wrapped in softness looks like.
This is what bringing life into the world looks like.
