Some places are worth all the uphill hiking in the world, and the Calanque d'En-Vau is one of them.

If you find yourself in the south of France and want to explore one of the most beautiful sites in the country, grab some joggers, a camera and swimmers then head to Cassis.

Between Marseille and Cassis you will find a 20 km coastline home to a number of calanques that can only be explored by foot or by sea. The most beautiful of them all? Calanque d'En-Vau!

"Seitan Limania" beach is a heavenly beach, located in the northeast of Akrotiri, east of Crete, 20 km from Chania city.

It is named after the wild landscape, the steep cliffs and the strong sea streams which are considered dangerous. The tiny fantastic beach is shaped with deep azure waters...

The word "Seitan" is Turkish and it has remained from the period of the Turkish conquest in Crete.
It is translated as " Satanic", so Seitan Limania means the "Ports of Satan"

Mysterious, Multicultural, Majestic. These are all the M words I could think of to describe Malta, an island south of Sicily and not that far off the Tunisian coast.

Malta is a wonderfully strange little place full of friendly people who speak a language that sounds like what happens when Arabic and Italian have a baby. Don’t let the tiny size fool you, there is more than meets the eye here in many ways.

Malta was basically ruled by every empire you can think of since the dawn of civilization. The Romans, Byzantine, Arabs, French and most recently the British have all left their mark

The St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral is a Bulgarian Orthodox cathedral in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.

Built in Neo-Byzantine style, it serves as the cathedral church of the Patriarch of Bulgaria and it is one of the largest Eastern Orthodox cathedrals in the world, as well as one of Sofia's symbols and primary tourist attractions.

If you are planning a trip off-the-beaten-path, think no more. Ohrid is the place.

Ohrid is The Republic of Macedonia's most seductive destination, with an atmospheric old quarter cascading down a graceful hill, crammed full of beautiful churches and topped by the bones of a medieval castle.

The Republic of Macedonia has agreed a historic deal with neighboring Greece to change its name to the Northern Republic of Macedonia.

The reason for the rift between the two goes back to 1991 when Macedonia – officially the Republic of Macedonia – became independent after peacefully seceding from Yugoslavia. However, within Greece there is also a region called Macedonia, which directly neighbors the country.
