අවුරුදු 13 කටත් වඩා පරණ Facebook account එක, Followers ලා 5.3k ට වැඩි Instagram account එකත් එක්ක එක දවසින් permanently disabled උනා.

අවුරුදු 13ක් පුරාවට ගොඩනගපු memories, Clients, photographs, සිහිවටන ඔක්කොම එක notification එකකින් අතුරුදහන් වුණා.

හේතුව විදිහට Meta එකෙන් කියන්නෙ community standard guide වලට එකග නෑ කියලා විතරයි. හරි පැහැදිලි කිරීමක් එයාල සඳහන් කරන්නේ නෑ.මගේ main Facebook account එක permanently disabled උනා. මම appeal කළා, ID දැම්මා, Facebook help centre email දැම්මා, හැමදෙයක්ම කළා. ඒත් වැඩක් වුණේ නැහැ.

Instagram account (anuradha_creations account එක)එක video selfie loop එකේ තිබිලා disabled වෙලාම ගියා.

backup Insta account එකත් එක්කම නැති වුණා කිසිම warning එකක් හෝ හේතුවක් නැතුව.

ආපස්සට හිතද්දි මට තේරුණා, Meta එකෙන් එන warnings/ profile health ගැන හොයලා බලන්න පුරුද්දක් තිබුණා නම් මේ තත්වෙන් ගැලවෙන්න පුළුවන් වෙන්න තිබුණා.

Photography page එක යන්තන් බේරගන්න පුලුවන් උනා.

කොහොම උනත් social media නම් එපාම උනා මේ සිද්ධියෙන් පස්සෙ. මේක මට විතරක් උන දේකුත් නෙවෙයි. Meta එකේ අලුත් අප්ඩේට් එක්ක මේ වගේ process ගොඩක් දුරට AI වලින් handle කරන නිසා මේකට human support එකක් ගන්න එක ලේසි නෑ. එක දේකින් flag උනොත් සමාවක් නෑ.meta verified නම් අවුලක් නෑ.

මට උන දේ වෙන කාටවත් නොවෙන්න මේ දේවල් ගොඩක් වැදගත් වෙයි.

📌 Backup එකක් දාන්නම අමතක කරන්න එපා. ඔයාගේ photos, client lists, videos Google Drive එකට දාන්න. External hard එකකට ගන්න.

📌 ඔයාගේ page එකේ හෝ profile එකේ health එක ගැන නිතරම බලන්න. Meta එකෙන් එන warnings, alerts, හරි "something's wrong" කියලා පෙන්වනවද කියලා check කරන්න. ඒවා නොසලකා හැරියොත් ගැටළු ලොකු වෙන්න කලින්ම ඔබට අවස්ථාවක් අහිමි වෙනවා. මම ඒක කළේ නැතුව ගියා.

📌 Multiple accounts Meta එකට connect කරලා තියෙනවනම් - එකක් ගියොත් ඔක්කොම යන්න පුළුවන්. ඒකට සූදානම් වෙලා ඉන්න.

📌 Page එක විතරක් විශ්වාස කරන්න එපා. Website එකක් හදන්න, WhatsApp list එකක් හදාගන්න, email list එකක් හදාගන්න.

අවුරුදු 13ක් මහන්සි වෙලා හැදපු එකක් තත්පරයකින් නැති වෙනවා කියන්නේ ලේසි දෙයක් නෙමෙයි. මාව personally දන්න ගොඩක් අය මේ page එකෙත් ඉන්න නිසා මෙහෙම පොස්ට් එකක් දාන්න හිතුවෙ.

මෙහෙම දෙයක් වෙලා permanently disabled වෙලා නැවත account එක හදාගත්ත කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවා නම් comment එකක් දාන්න ලොකු උදව්වක් ඒක.
