It is not a place.It is a way of being.
It is the practice of pausing while i'm moving, to remember that my body is also nature.
When i lean on a tree, the tree leans on me.when i rest on a rock, the rock rest on me, when i close my eyes and listen to the forest - i'm not visiting nature. I am coming home to it.
This is ගල් ගල් | Gas gal - trees and rock - An experiment to capture those small moments, that quiet conversation between my body and the forest.

In a world that never stops moving, this is my pause… my escape… my moment of stillness. The golden light, the endless greens, the soft sounds of life untouched — it all reminds me that beauty doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.
