This poor wild elephant was found lying helplessly near a landfill, with barely any energy left. When the news reached the dedicated wildlife officers, they rushed to the scene to give him a fighting chance. 🙏

According to local villagers, this elephant had been visiting the landfill near the village for some time. He may have been feeding on discarded waste, raising serious concerns about the dangers of garbage to wild elephants. Could the waste he consumed have contributed to his terrible condition? The veterinary team must now work to find out what is wrong.

But first, this exhausted giant needed urgent support. Before proceeding with further examinations and treatment, the veterinarian decided to help stabilize his weakened body. The team carefully inserted an IV cannula and began administering saline fluids to support him.

🐘❤️ Meet Milo! The Adorable Baby Elephant Finding Love and Care at His New Home!

Just two months old, little Milo has already faced one of the saddest beginnings imaginable. 💔 When forest rangers discovered his mother collapsed in the forest, they alerted the wildlife officers, who rushed to the location. Sadly, by the time they arrived, his mother had already passed away.

A post-mortem examination revealed that she had been suffering from liver fluke disease. Left all alone in the forest, the tiny calf was seen crying beside his beloved mother. At such a tender age, Milo was far too young to survive on his own.

Realising that he needed urgent care and protection, the wildlife officers safely brought the little elephant to a wildlife rehabilitation centre, where a new chapter of his life began. ❤️

Now, two days into his new home, Milo is slowly becoming familiar with the caring staff who have welcomed him with open hearts. But raising a two-month-old elephant calf comes with its own challenges. Still dependent on his mother's milk, he needs regular supplemental milk feeds, essential vitamins, and appropriate medical care to support his growth and survival.

After concerned villagers alerted the wildlife officers, the veterinary team arrived and began emergency treatment. His injured mouth was carefully cleaned, and an IV line was set up to provide fluids, with dextrose and multivitamins added as supportive care. Saline helps maintain hydration and circulation, supporting his body while he recovers from the effects of his injury.

But the little one's journey is far from over!

After the incident, he appears to have become separated from his herd and wandered into a nearby village, where concerned villagers quickly called the wildlife officers for help.

In Part 2, we saw the wildlife team arrive within an hour and begin cleaning the little one's injured mouth and tongue. Now, in Part 3, the treatment continues as the veterinarian carefully examines his mouth again after thorough cleaning.

The veterinarian realises that this little fighter is weak and needs additional supportive care. The team quickly prepares an IV line, connects a cannula, and begins administering saline. 💧🩺

If you’ve been following our previous six reels, you’ll remember this poor wild elephant who fell into a well in a village bordering the forest. After hearing his desperate cries, villagers alerted the wildlife officers, and together they managed to rescue him. But the real struggle began after he was brought to safety.

Severely exhausted and unable to stand, he was found to have a serious mouth injury suspected to be linked to a jaw bomb, along with an infected wound on one of his front legs. The wildlife veterinary team worked tirelessly, providing saline treatment, carefully cleaning both injuries, and administering antibiotics, painkillers, and multivitamins.

*Now, in Part 7, it’s time for a crucial moment — helping this gentle giant get back on his feet.* 🐘

After the necessary treatment, the veterinary team carefully reversed the sedation. Although the elephant regained consciousness, he was still too weak to stand after spending the night trapped in the well.

The wildlife officers tried to support and lift him using a strong belt, hoping to help him rise. Sadly, their first attempt was unsuccessful.

Rather than forcing him, the team allowed him to rest while forest rangers kept a close watch on his condition.

Then, after approximately three hours, encouraging news arrived! The elephant was gradually regaining his strength. Finally, he managed to stand on his own feet and began moving towards the forest. ❤️🌿

The team has been carefully cleaning and treating his injured mouth. But sadly, that isn’t the only problem this poor giant is facing.

The team begins by thoroughly washing the injured leg with water and saline solution, followed by careful cleaning with a disinfectant. Dead and damaged tissue is gently removed to help reduce the risk of infection and support the healing process.

After being rescued from a well near a village bordering the forest, this exhausted wild elephant was found to have a severely damaged mouth, with the injury suspected to be linked to a jaw bomb.

In the previous part, the wildlife veterinary team began treating his injured mouth, carefully removing dead tissue and washing the wound with saline solution before applying povidone-iodine.
