Butter cake 250g
125g butter
125g sugar
2 eggs
125g flour
1 tsp baking powder
A little vanilla
Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
Add vanilla.
Sift the flour and baking powder together and add to the mixture.
Add the milk and make a smooth batter.
Baking in the Air Fryer
Grease a cake tin or line it with baking paper.
Pour the batter into the tin and tap lightly.
Preheat the air fryer at 160°C for 3–5 minutes.
Bake the cake at 160°C for 25–30 minut
