The 12th day of the third month of 2025 is a special occasion for the Western Band,🎖️✨

This means that the Band Leader who led the school's Senior Western Band from 2023 to 2025 will hand over all responsibilities to the new Band Leader today, marking the departure of the current leader and the appointment of the new Band Leader. 🎶🎵

The Band Leader from 2023 to 2025 joined as an apprentice bass drummer in 2018 and after eight years of distinguished service, he was elected as the new Band Leader for the year 2023. K.Y. Naveera Nethvin🎖️👲🏻

The new band leader elected today is Amiru Pahan and after 5 years of distinguished service including an amateur bass drummer, he was elected as the new band leader for the year 2025...

The awarding of the certificate to the current leader and the handing over of the band and baton to the new band leader for the year 2025 will be done by the current principal of the school. 🔖👲🏻🎓🧧
