පුංචි ඇලි කොකා | Little Egret 🌊🦆

Very common breeding resident found in swamps, paddy fields, lagoons, canals, tanks and mangroves from lowlands to lower hills while uncommon in higher hills. It feeds mainly on fish and other aquatic animals often associating with other egrets and herons. The breeding season is from December to May and it builds a nest –A platforms of sticks - in trees usually near water, colonially with other water birds. 🦢

What every action and intention causes and sources is the mind. What turns as karmā is the actions and intensions disguised in the good and bad aspects of the mind.

What requires for all creatures "sabbē sattā" is to practice and control their own mind to stand out of the bad aspects of the mind that can results with bad karmā which will lead creatures "sattāh" to the never - ending circle of "samsāra" 🌞
