🇬🇧 Finally, I have a good visual example with which I can show how much of a role a well-decorated property plays. 👉
This house was ready for sale even before the renovation, but since its owners were the family of the very talented home decorator Marina (.home.staging ), they decided to do a small cosmetic repair and modernize the interior with some new furniture and cozy decor. 👍
The property found a buyer within 3 days of publishing the ad.

🇬🇧When real estate developer fully commit to furnish a demo house, it makes such a big difference on what kinda photos I can produce. My job as a photographer is to create a feeling that you want to live in this house, and when a house is decorated like this, it’s much easier to capture that feeling.

🇬🇧 I had photographed this .latvia project Parka Kvartāls a while ago, but back then they were empty, unfurnished apartments. Of course, a furnished apartment looks much tastier in the pictures and it is easier for a potential buyer to imagine their life in a home that is ready to move in.

🇱🇻 Šo .latvia projektu Parka Kvartāls, biju bildējis jau pirms kāda laika, bet toreiz tie bija tukši nemēbelētiem dzīvokļi. Protams, ka iekārtots dzīvoklis bildēs izskatās daudz garšīgāk un potenciālajam pircējam ir vieglāk sevu dzīvi iztēloties mājoklī, kurš ir gatavs dzīvošanai.

We like to think that we are very rational, but experience shows that we make decisions more based on what we feel and less on what we know.
