'Wajeh Imsouane'
Behind the waves, those who give life to the village.

Wajeh Imsouane is a photographic project by Charlène Dosio, Mélanie Ibtissem Defoin, and Camille Jutel. Through this work, the three photographers chose to highlight the faces of Imsouane: everyday presences, discreet yet essential, who deeply shaped their personal experience of the village.
Through their perspectives, the exhibition pays tribute to the artisans, artists, and workers who shape Imsouane day after day. The images tell the story of daily life as it was lived and observed by the three photographers, who took the time to immerse themselves in the village, build connections, and share simple moments.

Between surfs, we’ll enjoy local Sri Lankan food, slow coffee moments, sunsets, and time to connect as a crew.

"El AGUA ES VIDA." - Wasser ist Leben.
In einer Schule im Dschungel von Nicaragua durften wir unser Projekt umsetzten. Hier ist Wasser keine Selbstverständlichkeit und die Kinder müssen teils gefährliche Wege durch den Wald gehen, um Wasser zu holen.

Ein Kind hat mit Kaffeebohnen einen Fisch gezeichnet und daneben dieses Zitat: "El agua es vida." auf das Blatt geschrieben. So wurde die Idee zum Titel geboren.

Die Filmpremiere ist am 23. März 2023 im .
