I love a challenge and shooting the solstice sunrise in Montenegro, with a 4am start and 2 kids is a good one. Spent a few mornings in the week running up to the solstice doing recon solo and with the family, trying out various locations, trails, timings and angles. Much chocolate bread and tea was consumed, smiles had and memories made. Biggest smile was my own, getting THE shot I hoped for (slide 4).

Some recent shots of Said on the first pitch of his new 10 pitch mega line in Todra, Morocco. The moves look insane and the line is epic but more than anything, I love the background.

The life thatā€™s going on down in the gorge while unbeknownst to them a fight goes on above their heads at the top level of our sport šŸ¤˜ very cool.
