Wedding Photography Crew (Full-Time) 2 ဦး

NLA Photography ရဲ့ Wedding Photography ရိုက်ကူးရေးများတွင် Professional Photography Team နှင့်အတူ လက်တွေ့လုပ်ကိုင်ရင်း Wedding Photography ပညာရပ်များကို စိတ်ဝင်စားပြီး ရေရှည်တိုးတက်လိုသူများ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

ဒီ Position သည် Photographer အဖြစ် ချက်ချင်းတာဝန်ယူရမည့် Position မဟုတ်ဘဲ Professional Photographer များနှင့်အတူ လက်တွေ့လုပ်ကိုင်ရင်း Photography နှင့် Lighting ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ Skill များကို သင်ယူတိုးတက်နိုင်မည့် Paid Full-Time Crew Position ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

✅ အဓိကတာဝန်များ

• Wedding ရိုက်ကူးရေးမစတင်မီ Camera Gear နှင့် Lighting Equipment များဖြစ်သော Flash, Softbox, Reflector, Light Stand စသည်တို့ကို စနစ်တကျ ပြင်ဆင်၊ တပ်ဆင်ပေးရမည်။

• ရိုက်ကူးရေးအတွင်း Photographer ၏ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်အတိုင်း Lighting နှင့် အလင်းအမှောင်အနေအထားများကို ကူညီချိန်ညှိပေးရမည်။

• Photographer နှင့် Wedding Couple များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို အဖွဲနှင့်အတူ ပူးပေါင်းကူညီပေးရမည်။

• ရိုက်ကူးရေးပြီးဆုံးပါက Camera Gear နှင့် Equipment များကို စနစ်တကျ ပြန်လည်သိမ်းဆည်းပြီး ပစ္စည်းများ ပျက်စီးခြင်း၊ ပျောက်ဆုံးခြင်းမရှိစေရန် ဂရုတစိုက် ကိုင်တွယ်ရမည်။

• Shooting Location များသို Equipment များ သယ်ယူရွှေ့ပြောင်းခြင်းနှင့် ရိုက်ကူးရေးအတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် အခြားသော Crew Tasks များကို တာဝန်ယူပေးရမည်။

✅ လိုအပ်သော အရည်အချင်းများ

• Wedding Photography ကို စိတ်ဝင်စားပြီး Photography ပိုင်းတွင် ရေရှည်လေ့လာတိုးတက်လိုသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• Photography နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော အခြေခံဗဟုသုတရှိပါက ပိုကောင်းသော်လည်း အတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသူများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

• အတွေ့အကြုံမရှိသေးသူများအတွက် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း လိုအပ်သော Photography နှင့် Lighting ပညာရပ်များကို လက်တွေ့သင်ယူခွင့် ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

• Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Photographer နှင့် Team Member များ၏ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များကို နားလည်စွာ လိုက်နာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• Camera Gear နှင့် Lighting Equipment များကို သယ်ယူ၊ တပ်ဆင်၊ သိမ်းဆည်းရမည်ဖြစ်သဖြင့် သွက်လက်တက်ကြွပြီး လက်တွေ့လုပ်ငန်းခွင်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• အချိန်တိကျမှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုနှင့် စည်းကမ်းလိုက်နာမှု ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• Weekend နှင့် Wedding Event ရက်များတွင် အလုပ်တာဝန်ရှိနိုင်သောကြောင့် အလုပ်ချိန်အလိုက် လိုက်လျောညီထွေ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ နယ်ဝေးညအိပ်ခရီးထွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

✅ ရေရှည်တိုးတက်နိုင်မည့် အခွင့်အရေး

• NLA Photography တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်ရင်း Crew → Junior Photographer → Photographer
အဖြစ် Photography Skill နှင့် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံများ တိုးတက်လာနိုင်ရန် အခွင့်အရေးရှိပါသည်။

• Wedding Photography ကို ဝါသနာပါပြီး “အလုပ်လုပ်ရင်း သင်ယူ၊ သင်ယူရင်း တိုးတက်ချင်သူ” များအတွက် ဒီ Position ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ အခွင့်အရေးတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

✅ ခံစားခွင့်များ

• လစာ အတွေ့အကြုံနှင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုအပေါ်မူတည်၍ ညှိနှိင်းပေးမည်။

• Paid Full-Time Position ဖြစ်ပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်ရင်း Professional Wedding Photography လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွေ့အကြုံ ရရှိမည်။

• Professional Photographer များနှင့်အတူ လက်တွေ့လုပ်ကိုင်ရင်း Photography, Lighting နှင့် Wedding Shooting Workflow များကို လေ့လာနိုင်မည်။

• Wedding Photography Career အတွက် လိုအပ်သော လက်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံနှင့် Skill များ တိုးတက်လာနိုင်မည့် အခွင့်အရေး ရရှိမည်။

• Wedding Shooting Schedule နှင့် Booking အခြေအနေအပေါ်မူတည်၍ အလုပ်ချိန် ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။

• Weekend နှင့် Wedding Event ရက်များတွင်လည်း တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရပါမည်။
