Position Overview
As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and helping clients resolve their financial obligations professionally and respectfully.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals with call center or collections experience who are results-driven and committed to excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound collection calls on accounts between 16–180 days delinquent (Predictive Dialer and/or manual dialing)
Speak with debtors on behalf of clients using clear and professional communication
Explain account balances and negotiate payment arrangements
Process payments over the phone via Credit Card or Check
Document customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner
Send letters, statements, and payment histories
Handle customer complaints and complete resolution paperwork
Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
Adapt positively to changes and support additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
Previous call center and/or collections experience required
Knowledge of FDCPA and State Regulations
Strong analytical and communication skills
Excellent grammar, voice, and diction
Knowledge of loan calculations
Basic to intermediate computer skills:
Microsoft Word
Excel
Outlook
Typing and 10-Key skills
Ability to read and interpret operational procedures and manuals
Fluent English required (written and spoken)
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Availability to work overtime when business needs require it
Compensation & Benefits
Hybrid Schedule
2 days Work From Home (Monday–Friday)
3 days onsite at the office (3 minutes walk from Metrobus Poliforum)
Service Window
8-hour shift
Operating hours between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Salary & Bonuses
Base Salary: $10,600 MXN monthly (payment will be deposited every 15 days) salary is reported 100% at IMSS!
Internet Bonus: $400 MXN monthly
Grocery Vouchers: $2,000 MXN monthly
Guaranteed Performance Bonuses
1st Month: $7,000 MXN
2nd Month: $5,000 MXN
Starting on the 3rd month, agents qualify for uncapped commissions based entirely on performance — the more you achieve, the more you earn.
