The story of the cheongsam starts with the overthrow of the Qing dynasty and founding of the Republic of China in 1912. In the mid-1910s and early 1920s.

1920s Shanghai. It quickly became a fashion phenomenon that was adopted by movie stars and schoolgirls alike.

The history of this iconic garment reflects the rise of the modern Chinese woman in the twentieth century.

A 2D/1N photoshoot at Sekinchan

Started in the morning at Kuala Selangor Nature Park. The wild monkeys were a bit of concern as they were expecting some food but the worse were the mosquitoes though. Managed to capture some shots and headed over to the paddy fields.

Luckily the weather was great today with blue skies and cool breeze. A magnificent vista of the paddy field during golden hour.

Finally ended the shoot at Pantai Redang with some sunset as well as sparks at night photography.
