If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like having 3 big doggos in our studio,

Well, this is pretty much it.

Lots of sniffing, exploring, walking around,
and us trying to get everyone to settle at the same time. 😆

And every dog reacts a little differently to a new space.
Some settle in pretty quickly,
while some need a little more time to figure out the lights, the sounds, and everything happening around them.

That’s totally okay.

We take their cues and work with them at their own pace,
rather than expecting them to be comfortable straight away.

宠物全家福 ｜ 生日快乐
又长大一岁了。

从还需要被抱在怀里的小 baby，
到现在已经可以左拥右抱两个毛兄弟，
也慢慢有了属于自己的小小世界。

他的成长里，
有爸爸妈妈，
也有两个会让他大笑，
也会让他气哭的玩伴，
一路陪着他长大。

也许以后回头看这些照片，
他未必会记得今天是怎么过的，
却会看见，
原来在他长大的每一年，
身边一直都有大家。

生日快乐，小小少年。

愿你继续慢慢长大，

当这个家从两个人和一只狗狗，
慢慢多了一个儿子，又多了一个毛弟弟。

他们没有相同的语言，也没有相同的成长方式，
但他们有一样东西是相同的：
他们都在彼此的成长里，留下了自己的位置。

从一个还需要被抱在怀里的小 baby，
到现在可以和两个毛兄弟并肩站着，
一起玩，一起闹，
也被牠们默默护在自己的世界里。

回头看才发现，
原来所谓的“兄弟”，不一定要一起出生。

一起长大的日子够多了，
就已经是了。

We genuinely love what we do, and we love the little fursonalities that come along with every family we meet.

🧡 Being included in your family’s story is a privilege we never take for granted.

And yes, sometimes our favourite part of the session is the part that wasn’t planned, like having this little furball run straight to us. 🤗

Sometimes, all we need from a dog is 2 seconds.

Before those 2 seconds, there might be a lot going on.

The wondering.
The sitting right outside the scene.
The “why are you all hugging me?” moment.
And the little negotiation over snacks while he decides if he wants to cooperate with us. 🤨

And that’s okay.

Dogs don’t walk into a photoshoot knowing what a family portrait is. They need time to look around, understand the space, feel safe, and slowly figure things out.

We don’t expect them to be perfectly still throughout the session. We simply give them time and space to settle in, with a little patience, encouragement and of course, lots of tender loving care.

Because when that moment comes, he’ll give us those few seconds where everyone comes together.

And those little moments become the photographs you’ll treasure for years. ✨

One of the biggest worries pet parents share with us before a session is whether their dog will cooperate.

Honestly, we don’t expect them to walk into a new environment and know exactly what to do.

Imagine being brought into a place you’ve never been before. Everything feels unfamiliar, new smells, new people, new sounds, of course they’re going to be curious. And on top of that, every pet has their own personality, experiences, and comfort level.

So instead of bringing them straight into the scene, we give them time to explore, sniff around, and get comfortable with us and the space.

Because trust can’t be rushed.

We’ve found that once a pet starts to feel safe, something beautiful happens. They naturally start looking towards their family, they become more relaxed, and their true personality begins to show.
Those are the moments we’re waiting for. ✨

Because the best family portraits are not about having the “perfect” pet. They’re about gently guiding the session, so the love and connection your family already share can naturally come through.

And when that happens, your pet doesn’t just appear in the photo, they’re seen as family. 🧡

Maybe they’ll ask when they’re 5.
Maybe when they’re 15.
Or maybe one day, they’ll simply wonder what life was like before they were born.

And when that day comes, you’ll have so many little stories to tell.

The late night kicks that kept you awake.
That one food you just couldn’t stop craving.
The excitement of everyone counting down the days until they arrived.

It’s funny… when you’re pregnant, it can feel like the weeks go by soooo slowly,
but once your little one is here, you’ll probably wonder where all that time went.

That’s one of the reasons we love maternity portraits so much.
Not because every mum needs beautiful photos (though that’s a lovely bonus), but because this chapter deserves to be remembered.

The waiting.
The gratitude.
The little moments that feel ordinary now, but one day you’ll miss the most.

And maybe, years from now, you’ll look through these photographs together and say, “This was Mummy and Daddy… before we finally met you.” 🤍
