Recent trip to Hainan was different, Hainan is my paternal grandfather home origin. Took a direct flight from Kota Kinabalu to Haikou. Then travel all the way down south to Sanya. It is different from other part of China that I’ve visited.

When I first set foot in Guizhou, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Tucked away in southwestern China, this province is often overshadowed by bigger tourist destinations like Beijing or Shanghai.
