It is the smallest details.. All those dives and adventures, remember to service it regularly. This was a D850 that had salt water stains that ate through the black absorption lining, the white plastic spacers had very small small sand particles, which was evidently found in Lembeh.

We sorted him out and next stop is the BANDA SEA...

STAYING POSITIVE
Ever wonder why your strobe batteries are acting irratic or weird? Fluctuating power output or occasionally hit and misses firing out?

It's salt water, those little tiny droplets that's trickle or drips on to your covers might be the problem

Here's any image of how a battery looks good on the outside but damaged on the inside.

So check those connection and work in a place with the minimum exposure to the saltwater sprays.

Or wipe and blow dry them before charging or inserting ...

ESCAPEINC ASIA SHOWROOM presents the Seaflash 160 Digital strobe.

The new strobe has an output of 160Ws (guide number of 15), the Seaflash 160 Digital boasts both electrical and fiber-optic triggering; TTL, manual and slave modes; an OLED display that rotates depending on the strobe’s orientation; and a built-in 250-lumen continuous light with a beam angle of 10°.

The strobe’s color temperature is 4500°K and the beam angle is 130°.
