Mr. Suman, so called work in EME Academy. It has come to notice that he has been engaging in highly unethical and inappropriate practices under the guise of job recruitment.
Mr. Suman frequently posts job openings on platforms such as Naukri and Indeed, primarily targeting female candidates. During the recruitment process, he invites these candidates for interviews at prominent hotels, presenting the meeting as a professional opportunity. However, once there, he makes inappropriate and suggestive comments, urging the women to be "open-minded" with his client base and go for business trips, which consist of IT company managers. His objective appears to be luring these managers into hiring his academy’s students by exploiting the female candidates he calls for interviews.
This behaviour is not only highly unprofessional but also a gross violation of ethical standards. It is essential to address this issue to protect others from falling victim to his deceitful practices.
Immediate action and investigation will happen on this matter thoroughly to prevent further exploitation. We have recordings and screenshots from many victims.
