D&A is a surrealism photography portfolio with a gothic influence. What you see here is the result of my passion and interest in the darker genre of photography and photo manipulation. Surrealism photography gives me more room in creating images of twisted fairytale and eerie beauties. Each image has its own story and the nightmarish vision may be disturbing to some, but to others, it may be more
than just a creative artwork. I am not a commercial photographer, but my artistic journey began as a kid with painting and illustration. With that as my forte and photography as a hobby, I consider myself as a fine art photographer. To produce this spread, props, location, the right lighting, and patience in post-production matters. As a perfectionist, I choose to invest a fair amount of time in post-production to ensure that the right balance between both photography and digital manipulation is produced in every photo. Although equipped with the necessary skills I picked over the years, the field of art and the technology involved in photography is constantly evolving. Thus, I am still learning and exploring deeper through the work of my idols.
