A simple farm located in Alor Gajah, Melaka, Malaysia. It is run by a retired couple who realised that they had enough of the city life.

Nestled in between a palm oil & rubber plantation lies this little gem. The farm rears various types of poultry & they also plant all kinds vegetables, fruits & greenery used in the meals cooked.

The farm provides boarding for those who are interested to experience nature & yet do not want to travel far.

PRAWNOGRAPHY - EPISODE 1
Rise of the King Prawns. Or Butter Prawns. Or Garlic. Or Mushroom. Or Cheese. We can't decide :p

So anyway, here is our first video showcasing how we cook the King and Giant Prawns using Kembara Kitchen - Catering in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor original recipes. These prawns were succulent and fresh. They have to be with the way we cook them.

This has also got to be the kitchen with the best view for me. We wanted to actually do the cooking beside the waterfall but there was a storm approaching. Next show maybe. But still the view was spectacular. It always is at Ulu Tupai Nature Retreat - Taiping, Perak, Malaysia.

Anyway, we still have much to learn to improve the video and hopefully we can make it better next time around. In the meantime, enjoy it and hope you can use this recipe sometime in the future.
