Can we tempt you (and any of your quizzing buddies who might fancy it) to come along for a fun quiz and more at the fantastically quirky venue of Bunglow37 in Bangsar at 7.30pm on Saturday 9th May?
There will be a basketful of quality spirits (vodka, malt whisky & gin) on offer for the winning quiz team, a delicious buffet dinner for all, a raffle draw of great prizes, a complimentary tasting experience of 5 whiskies, and some optional karaoke thrown in at the end for good measure!
Best guesses at identifying the mystery whiskies will earn a very prestigious bottle of the amber nectar to celebrate with. However, whisky consumption is not compulsory, as non fans (like me) can purchase their preferred poison at the fully stocked bar.
Good tunes will be played throughout and at around 11pm the afterparty moves to a karaoke room - the vocal chords of the party animals having by then been well enough lubricated and any lingering performance anxieties cast aside…
The venue is Lion’s Den at Bunglow37, No.37 Jalan Abdullah, Bangsar, which will be bedecked in tartan and heraldry for the occasion. Despite this, it’s a casual dress affair and the price for a full evening of entertainment, food, whiskies, competition prizes (and a chance to hog the microphone later) is only RM120.
