TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2020 - PAK LEBAI (RENTAL) ENTERPRISE
TERMS 1: GENERAL
1. If you want to deal with PakLebaiRental, it means you understand and agree with all the terms and conditions that have been set.
2. PakLebaiRental reserves the right to cancel transactions with individuals or companies that do not agree with all the terms and conditions that have been set.
TERMS 2: CHANGES TO THE TERMS
1. PakLebaiRental reserves the right to change all terms, conditions, content and prices without any notice.
TERMS 3: RENTAL PROCESS
1. Open to Malaysian citizens ONLY who are eligible to rent. (For Malaysian Only. Foreigners are not allowed to rent.)
2. Documents required are a copy of I/C, utility bills (which have the tenant's permanent address) together with Safety Security Deposit in cash. (PakLebaiRental is obliged to change the amount of deposit required without any notice).
3. If you represent any party to rent, the responsibility is on your own name (tenant).
4. The tenant must check the condition of the goods before renting. Make sure each item works well before renting to avoid any problems occurring after the delivery of rental items.
5. Each camera/equipment rented has a different setting that is changed according to the comfort of the previous tenant. Prospective tenants are advised to understand how to use the equipment in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
6. The tenant will be asked to sign a letter of agreement (Rental Agreement, Liability Release and Express Assumption Risks) provided by PakLebaiRental during the delivery of rental goods to obtain approval from both parties on the rental process.
TERMS 4: DURING RENTAL PERIOD
1. During the rental period, the tenant must be responsible in taking care of each item rented carefully and meticulously.
2. Any negligence that causes damage to the goods will be the responsibility of the tenant and the tenant must be prepared to pay all costs/compensation in the event of damage.
3. Additional charges will apply if there is an addition of rough scratches or a high level of use compared to the original condition.
4. PakLebaiRental always makes every effort to provide the equipment in the best condition (performance check, sensor cleaning, lens calibration). However, in the event of any problems, PakLebaiRental will not be directly or indirectly responsible for all losses/related costs if the leased item is damaged (naturally) during the rental period. On the other hand, PakLebaiRental will also not charge any fees (if only natural damage, not negligence)
TERMS 5: RENTAL DAY COUNT
1. Calculation based on 24 hours from the time the rental starts until the rental time ends.
2. Pickup/return is mandatory according to real time.
3. Overtime recruitment sessions can only be considered according to the circumstances for rental on the day of the incident only if necessary or there is an emergency. However, the return time is mandatory according to the prescribed session duration.
3. For example; If taking between 8.00 am to 7.59 pm is still considered intake in the morning session and must be returned before 8.00 am the next day for a count of 1 day. In the event of a DELAY the equivalent of 1 day WILL be charged.

TERMS 6: FEES AND COLLATERAL
1. Full payment must be settled before or while taking the goods only.
2. If using a bank transfer, payment is required using IBT (Instant Transfer) instead of IBG (Giro Transfer). If using GIRO, payment is only counted as received after the incoming transaction is displayed in the PakLebaiRental account. No exemption is given despite having proof or receipt.
2. Payment in any other form whether check, credit card, PO or by default means debt or later payment is not accepted.
3. Basically, no security deposit is required if the rental is accompanied by a complete document for normal use. However, if the rental goods are in large quantities and high risk, a complete document of more than 1 person or additional collateral is required, especially involving last minute matters or in an urgent situation.

TERMS 7: BOOKING DATE
1. PakLebaiRental applies a booking policy along with payment only.
2. If you want to book a date, please make a payment of at least 50% of the rental price or full payment, either by bank transfer or cash for 2 hours after agreement, while the rental balance is settled during the withdrawal.
3. Date bookings without any payment can be considered, but PakLebaiRental reserves the right to rent them to customers who first make a payment with a reminder.

TERMS 8: CANCELLATION
1. The date booking deposit in Terms 7 will not be refunded in the event of cancellation but the same value can be used for future rentals within one month after cancellation. If there is no rental during that period, the deposit will be disposed of.
2. When the rental item has been handed over, the tenant is considered to have understood and understood that all costs and risks have been calculated starting from PakLebaiRental. Rental payments will not be refunded even if not used or refunded earlier than the actual rental period.
TERMS 9: DELAY
1. To ensure a smooth transaction between the customer and PakLebaiRental, along with other customers, delays are not allowed.
2. If there is an unintentional delay, please contact PakLebaiRental in advance for the discussion process.
3. Failure to do so without reasonable cause will be charged an additional 2 times the original rental price.
4. If there is a delay of 24 hours without any feedback, PakLebaiRental will classify it as a theft case and will make a report at the Ibu Pejabat Polis Klang Utara.

TERMS 10: PERSONAL INFORMATION
1. All personal information of customers is secret and confidential, unless there is a case of fraud or irresponsibility by the tenant.
2. If the tenants refuse to cooperate in providing the information required for the rental process, PakLebaiRental reserves the right to refuse to continue trading without any feedback.

TERMS 11: CLAIMS COMPENSATION
1. PakLebaiRental will check the condition of the rental item after return, if there is any damage or modification done (each rental item has a serial number that has been recorded), PakLebaiRental will take action against the tenant.
2. PakLebaiRental reserves the right to use the personal information available for the purpose of claiming a case or loss on page or any social media source.
3. Reminders will be given before being blacklisted. If it fails to provide good cooperation, the name and I/C of the tenant will be spread on social media sites.

TERMS 12: REGULAR CUSTOMERS
1. Subsequent rentals from the same customer do not need to sign a letter of agreement as it is considered to have understood all the terms and conditions including any changes to be made.
TERMS 13: COMPANY-BASED CUSTOMERS
1. All procedures set by PakLebaiRental are the same as individual customers and can not be changed according to the requirements of the customer company procedures, especially in terms of payment and booking dates.
2. To make the booking business faster and easier, PakLebaiRental does not provide quotations or invoices to customers before renting. Please check the price in PakLebaiRental page for reference.
3. Receipts / invoices will only be provided at the request of the tenant after payment and the lease has been completed.

TERMS 14: PICKUP AND DELIVERY
1. To provide reasonable and competitive rental prices, pick-up and delivery locations are in Setia Alam and around Shah Alam only.
2. No delivery/return service is provided free of charge.
3. Requests for delivery/return in Shah Alam and surrounding areas such as Klang, Putrajaya, Puchong and KL, can be considered with the current time and circumstances along with a Runner (3rd Party) charge of RM100. Runner's charge must be paid before any delivery begins.

TERMS 15: OTHERS
1. Requests to view goods for the purpose of survey or review of goods only need to be arranged through appointment only. Make sure you understand the terms and conditions first before any appointment is made.
2. For business at other times, any inquiries and advice on the use of rental goods can be made via phone call or via WhatsApp application, please call Mr. Zul (+60183150590).
3. For a more friendly and without prejudice, PakLebaiRental is not interested in entertaining any provocation or elements of distrust of PakLebaiRental's credibility.
