NATIONAL DAY CELEBRATIONS - MERDEKA 66

The first two paratroopers of VAT69 Commando Unit exited from their helicopter from a height of 4,000 metres during the Merdeka 66 celebrations on 31 August 2023 at Putrajaya.

The six-member team of skydivers took only 7 minutes to reach their Dataran Putrajaya target and landed precisely in front of the Yang Di Pertuan Agong.

TASIK BARAT, TAMAN TASIK SHAH ALAM

This photo was exhibited at the recent photo festival, KLPF2023, at Booth B28, Angkatan Senifoto Wilayah Persekutuan (ASFON-WP), KL Gateway Mall, Kuala Lumpur from 18 - 21 August 2023. The theme of the photo exhibition was ‘Morning Light’.

What is unique about this photo is that it is a 20-minute time-lapse of 120 frames, stacked and processed to become one frame to achieve a long-exposure effect. The neutral density filter was not employed.

It took five hours of computer time to upload the 120 frames of raw files, stack them, convert as a smart object, and processed them as one frame. The result is awesome.
