Animals fascinate me. Sometimes I just stop and appreciate how wonderful our planet is in which we call our home 🏠. Filled with a diverse variety of wildlife and plant species, let’s all coexist a little better to keep all the beautiful things on our planet around.

Today on The Seeking Seagull :
Throughout my life in America and Asia, I observed how parenting styles can affect a child's growth into adulthood for better or worse. This also affects how a country and its economics develop as a whole! Hence, I've came up with 3 modern-day parenting habits to adopt. However, these are solely my observations and no parent is obligated to adopt these as they are suggestions and everyone has their own unique style that might work even better! Go read!

These animals have such personalities! I love a good trip to the zoo as it allows me to view different animals from different parts of the world in one place. Also, to photograph them!

However, the sad part is zoos are getting less and less popular due to technological advancements and content availability online where kids can simply watch them at home. Because of the pandemic, kids born during the past two years have no idea how these amazing creatures look in real life.

A trip to the zoo would contribute so much to their early knowledge of wildlife and the importance of wildlife conservation! This also helps fund zoos so they can bring in more animals and upkeep enclosures to ensure animal longevity and comfort (and also great backgrounds for photographers like me 😂). Extra funding would also mean zoos can hire more manpower; providing jobs and better livelihoods to locals as well as (probably) live animal shows and feeding displays to be brought back.

Zoo Taiping has been an integral part of my childhood and I hope the zoo would provide the same or better experience I had growing up to future generations 🙂 Go visit!
