Vir baie mense is die vervelige deel van enige langpad roete tussen Punt A & B. Wanneer daar niks is nie. Of niks gebeur nie. Of mens nie nodig het om te moét stop nie. Of jaag vir die eindpunt.
Vir my is dit juis die mooi - die reis, wye ooptes, 'n landskap so wyd soos die Heer se Genade, die natuur, die veld, die reuk van son, sand en gras. Dáár waar die stilte raas. "You've arrived at your destination", mag Suzy my GPS dan maar sê. Dan is ek tuis. Waar ek hoort. Tot oor die volgende bult! En die ene daarna ...
Dit is hoekom rondry so lekker is. Wat vir die een alledaags is, is deur die lens buitengewoon en besonders.

Hoewel die rede vir die trippie Suid-Vrystaat toe onlekker was (begrafnis), was die natuur meer as genoeg om op te maak....

Hoewel die rede vir die trippie Suid-Vrystaat toe onlekker was (begrafnis), was die natuur meer as genoeg om op te maak. Die paaie was goed en die veld vrolik. Oral staan panne water. Ongeag petrolprys ... dit bly 'n "bargain". Die grootste plesier is 'n sloertoer deur die platteland, kristal-vars lug en n stappie in die veld.

to say good morning to everyone
