Some photographers ask me how many sessions I can realistically take in a day.

The truth is, it’s not about how many you can take, it’s about how many you can deliver excellently.

In a country where time isn’t always respected, I quickly realized that if I wanted to grow, my time had to matter. We often say time is money, but I had to start treating it that way in my business. I wasn’t just charging for photographs anymore; I was billing for my time, my preparation, and my expertise.

That also meant becoming disciplined with my own time. Learning to deliver within the agreed schedule. Preparing properly before every session. That’s why consultations are so important—they align expectations, reduce surprises, and help both the client and photographer show up ready.

Client management is just as important as photography. Following up, communicating your policies clearly, setting expectations, and respecting schedules are what make it possible to move seamlessly from one session to the next without compromising quality.

Today’s video is a glimpse into one of those days, three completely different sessions, one after another. It didn’t happen by chance. It happened because there were systems.

So I’m curious…
