The Nigerian Army stated that its troops from 6 Brigade Nigerian Army/Sector 3 Operation Whirl Stroke, OPWS, have arrested another kidnap kingpin in southern Taraba.
Lieutenant Umar Muhammad, Acting Assistant Director, Army Public Relations, 6 Brigade Nigerian Army, said in a statement on Monday night that during a carefully coordinated operation on November 23, 2025, troops apprehended a suspected kidnapping kingpin as he attempted to flee from Wukari Local Government Area.
