Another trip around the sun, and today the light feels different.
Another year of showing up, even when my knees shook.
Photography found me when I was lost, gave me a lens to see myself.
Some seasons were golden hour; others, long underexposed nights.
But I kept the shutter open. Kept trusting the frame.
Life handed me humility in heavy doses, and I learned to bow.
It handed me love, and I learned to stay.
Every scar, every smile, every out-of-focus beginning—necessary.
The work taught me more than the applause ever could.
So here’s to the hard days that sculpted me. Here’s to the grace that held me.
Today, I celebrate not perfection, but presence.
Thank you for watching me grow through your lens.
Today, I’m not just celebrating another year.
I’m celebrating the tears I turned into focus, the fear I turned into art.
Every hard chapter was a negative that had to be developed.
